You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product.
You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account.
These costs are approximately €7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.

Making use of the right of withdrawal.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur, taking into account the return conditions, with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging.

After the product has been returned in good order, we will refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration

Exclusion right of return
Some products that you buy through this webshop have a limited shelf life and are subject to the possibility of spoilage and can therefore not be returned.
All our powders and additives are covered by this exclusion.
The right of withdrawal does not therefore apply to those articles
The sale is final after successful payment.

Return in 3 steps
1 Register your exercise of your right of withdrawal via our digital return form.
2 After receipt of your registration, you will receive shipping information and instructions by email within 24 hours on working days.
3 You follow the instructions and take the package to a local post office.
Please note that you have to pay for shipping costs on site.
Keep your proof of shipping until your payment is refunded
