All orders are shipped by mail/carrier.
We do not have a physical store or pick-up address.
Transport of your package is carried out with a carrier selected by us.
After the transfer of your package to our carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation and track-trace with all shipping details by email.
Our general terms and conditions apply to all our shipments.

Delivery time:

Orders placed on working days (Mon/Fri) before 12 noon will be shipped the same working day.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays or working days after 12 noon will be processed the next working day.
If an item is not / insufficiently in stock, an email message will follow with the expected extra delivery time for your entire order.
Depending on the address, orders that are fully in stock are usually delivered within 3 working days within NL and within 7 working days in the rest of the EU.
PLEASE NOTE the indication of expected delivery time for an item is an indication of sufficient stock in our own warehouse. After ordering, our warehouse can definitively determine the available stock from your order and deliver it.

Postage costs:

The shipping costs are automatically calculated based on size, weight, address and invoice amount.
The expected shipping costs are displayed when adding items to the shopping cart.
The final shipping costs will be displayed as soon as you complete the order and enter the delivery address .
You always know in advance a final order with payment obligation what the shipping costs are.

AV * Entrepreneur reserves the right to deviate from the method of shipping chosen during the order by the customer if he deems this necessary for a correct delivery.
Differences in shipping costs between paid and executed shipping methods will not be reimbursed or charged.
In that case, your rights for paid shipping costs will be maintained.

Free shipping

Free does not exist. We take care of shipping costs if you buy goods from us for a certain amount.
Within NL you pay from € 69, - and to Belgium from € 99, - up to and including 22 kg no more shipping costs.
Other countries and business purchases of bulk boxes are subject to standard carrier rates.
These may vary by country, weight and size.
The shipping costs are always visible in the shopping cart prior to order confirmation.

Shipping method.

We ship via myparcel as standard and the Postnl network is used.
By placing your order you agree to these conditions included in our general terms and conditions.
Standard shipping is within the Netherlands not insured during the transport period.
From the moment the package has been returned to the carrier by the sender and the carrier's track trace data confirms this, the sender is no longer liable for costs for damage, loss and theft during transport for business purchases.
Delivery and delivery options
Delivery option
In the delivery options column you have the choice to insure your shipment and not to choose neighbor delivery.
Delivery options are applied to your shipment at all times.
Delivery option
If you have entered your zip code and house number through your own entry or login, an additional PostNL delivery options field will also be available in the delivery options column.
You can enter delivery date, time or pick-up postal agency options.
The possibility of execution of the selected option depends on your order and stock
Chosen delivery options are a preferred addition but offer no guarantee or obligation to implement your choice.

Delivery options are excluded from delivery via letterbox package
Letterbox boxes are always delivered to your letterbox as soon as possible and are provided with track and trace.

Cash on delivery. Shipping/payment service.

We no longer offer COD shipments (Pay on delivery).
Alternatively, you can choose to pay afterwards via billink or Klarna

Secured shipment.

Standard insured shipping applies to shipments to countries outside NL within the EU.
In the event of loss, theft or damage, the carrier will pay the invoice amount up to a maximum of €250.
Invoice amounts higher than 250.00 must be insured yourself.

Shipping Preferences.

We always ship in a standard way that best fits our automated business process.
Does this give you delivery problems in your specific case or do you have certain preferences in the shipping method, carrier, delivery time or day or date you can indicate this on the overview page of order and payment details in the comments text field before completing the order.
We will try to take this into account. However, it is not a guarantee that your preference will be carried out by definition.

Missing.

If insured shipments are missing, this must always be communicated digitally to the entrepreneur via the Complaints form.
Your claim will be transferred to the carrier, after which it will start an investigation.
Only insured shipments will be processed by the carrier.
In those cases where a claim of loss at the delivery address is submitted to the entrepreneur / carrier, where the current track trace data indicates that it has been delivered, claims will be rejected by the carrier.
