This powder really makes your part stand out
Tiger's NEON series is so powerful in color that your eyes are drawn to it.
It therefore gives off a bright orange color and is therefore extremely noticeable compared to its surroundings

THIS NEON ORANGE POWDER COATING IS A 2 LAYER COATING TREATMENT. FINISH WITH CLEAR TOPCOAT
FOR EXTERIOR APPLICATION FINISH WITH EXTERIOR QUALITY TRANSPARENT TOP COAT

TREATMENT SCHEDULE = 170°C->3min to 200°C->10 min °C when part is at temperature.
CONTENT = 250 grams = theoretical coverage of 1.5 M²
COLOR = Orange
TGIC= No
Preferably use personal protective equipment for the respiratory tract, skin and eyes

Processing:

Only use in a 2-layer application (= base layer Neon with Top-Coat Clear matt or gloss).
1. Recommended minimum layer thickness Neon base coat: 70-90 µm, clear top coat: 60-80 µm.
2. Curing conditions: gelling
Only allow half of the recommended curing time (gelling) acc. to the corresponding product data sheet for the first layer, unless otherwise stated.
The second layer must be cured according to the product information sheet
(complete curing). However, the exact curing conditions (curing time and temperature) must be determined individually depending on the application and coating line.
Continuously check for adhesion between the layers!
3. Stickers: check the suitability for the intended application at your own responsibility.
4. When painting, pay attention to the color change of the base coat.
5. Due to the higher film build-up, mechanical properties are reduced (drilling, milling, cutting).
6. Applying a clear top coat will improve the weather resistance of the coating system, but the system still has a
limited UV and weather resistance.
7. Accept greater color and effect variations between production batches, the effect of which is enhanced in a 2-layer
application.

2) Topcoat clear gloss/matt:
Product curing specified with powder used.
