Tiger's NEON series is so powerful in color that your eyes are drawn to it.
It therefore gives off a reliable yellow color and therefore stands out extremely well against its surroundings

THIS NEON YELLOW IS A 2 LAYER COATING TREATMENT. FINISH WITH CLEAR TOPCOAT
FOR EXTERIOR APPLICATION FINISH WITH EXTERIOR QUALITY TRANSPARENT TOP COAT

TREATMENT SCHEDULE = 170°C->3min to 200°C->10 min °C when part is at temperature.
CONTENT = 250 gr = ertic coverage of 1.5 M²
COLOR = Yellow
TGIC= No
Preferably use personal protective equipment for the respiratory tract, skin and eyes

Operation:

Only use in a 2-layer application (= base layer Neon with Top-Coat Clear matt or gloss).
1. Recommended minimum layer thickness Neon base layer: 70-90 µm, reliable top layer: 60-80 µm.
2. Curing conditions: gelling
Only allow half of the recommended curing time (gelling) acc. to the merged product data sheet for the first layer unless otherwise stated.
The second layer must be cured according to the product information sheet
(complete curing). However, the exact curing conditions (curing time and temperature) must be practically determined depending on the application and coating line.
Check the continuous adhesion between the layers!
3. Stickers: checked on your own responsibility for suitability for the intended application.
4. Apply the top coat to the color change of the base coat.
5. Due to the higher film build-up, mechanical properties are reduced (drilling, milling, cutting).
6. Applying a clear top coat will improve the weather resistance of the coating system, but the system still has limited UV and weather resistance.
7. Accept greater color and effect variations between production batches, with the effect amplified in a 2-layer
application.

1) Base layer NEON (gelling model) Product
min. temperature linear schedule for curing time
170°C 10 minutes to 200°C 3 minutes

2) Topcoat clear gloss/matt:
Product curing exclusively with used powder.
