Black Wrinkle coarse texture matt

Black Wrinkle is a coarse structure polyester powder coat powder in a matt / satin gloss level.
The finish can often be found on valve covers of e.g. Honda and other brands and gives the engine a rough and powerful appearance.
The powder has a fairly high flow temperature which makes it extremely suitable for engine parts and files up to temperatures of 250°C such as engine block, valve cover, cooling water pipes, intake manifold etc,
Not suitable for exhaust manifold and turbo or brake parts under severe operating conditions
You can increase the gloss level to high gloss by finishing it with high gloss transparent. you also increase the color strength of the black.

As always, the curing time starts when the object reaches the target.
Note: Each additional layer of powder coating acts as an insulator requiring additional time for the substrate to reach temperature. Extend curing times if necessary.
