Powdercoat Primer Silver gray RAL 7001 20 Kg

The multifunctional Superprim primer offers the perfect balance between edge coverage and corrosion protection on the one hand, and adhesion and degassing friendliness on the other. Thanks to the high application yield, you can quickly make degassing sensitive substrates susceptible to almost any topcoat. The primer is available in a light (approx. RAL 7001) and dark (approx. RAL 7024) gray variant.
Primer powder. gives a smoother and stronger bond between the substrate and the finishing layer.
Particularly porous metals such as aluminum, copper, zinc, lead, a primer is the best treatment for an improved adhesion and flow properties of all powders.

Processing:
You apply primer in the same way as a finishing coat

1 degrease parts - blasting / sanding - dedusting / wiping
(Always degass porous metals such as aluminum, bronze, zinc, copper, alloys. 30 min> 200 ° C)
2 spray on primer.
3 Bake off (time starts when the parts have reached the finish temperature.)

4 Oven off and let it cool slowly in the oven to room temperature
5 Powder coat finishes.
