Ordering is very easy and fully automated with us 24/7.
If you already have an account, it will be even easier because a lot of data will already be entered for you at the checkout.
Changing order.
If you discovered an error in your order after completing your order, you can unfortunately no longer change this order.
In order to prevent tampering in orders and the risk of errors in the entire process, our system is fully automated, which makes changes impossible.
You can cancel the order. (See cancel explanation below)
Cancel
As long as you have not yet received a shipping confirmation, you can still cancel in almost all cases.
To do this, go to the digital form below at the bottom of this page and fill in the details with the request for cancellation.

This can be for various reasons.
In the cancellation confirmation sent by us, the reason for cancellation is explained.
Cancellation request declined.
It is possible that your order cannot be canceled
Could be reason;
Item (s) have been ordered on special request.
Too far in the processing process.
Order has already been transferred to the carrier during cancellation processing.
You will be informed of this by email in the cancellation confirmation that you will receive from us after we have processed your request.
Refund canceled order.
When you cancel an order and have paid, it will be refunded within 5 days to the same payment method as used for payment, with the exception of refused cancellation.
If you have not yet paid and the order has not yet been shipped, your payment obligation will lapse.
Once the shipment has been confirmed, the cancellation expires.
